As a self-assertion and resilience trainer according to the concept of “Strong even without muscle” I help the children to help themselves.

I give a training session in a playful way in which the children learn how to handle themselves in conflict situations behave so that the conflict can be resolved.

You learn how to distance yourself and bring the good into your life.

Common conflict situations:

- Insult/opinion- Provocation

- Something is taken from a child

-Unwanted holding

- Threats of violence

Other content from the training program are:

- Feelings, what are feelings and how do I deal with them

- Learn to set priorities and recognize your own values

- Communicate clear, targeted, non-violent communication

- Become aware / reflect on your own behavior

- Strengthen your own confidence

- Get help, but do it correctly
