I cordially invite you to my next self-love workshop in Berlin
📅 28.-30. November 2025
📍 Room 5, Neukölln
A journey to yourself
This weekend we are embarking on a loving journey of discovery - to what separates you from deep self-acceptance and inner peace.
We explore questions such as:
Why do I sometimes do things that I don't actually want to do?
How do I behave in order to be liked or loved
What is stopping me from speaking my truth and really living it?
What awaits you:
With a variety of exercises - alone, in pairs and in a group - we open a protected space for self-awareness, growth and connection.
We work with elements from the Grinberg Method, Authentic Movement, body work, writing, we will paint and dance.
The aim is to turn yourself towards yourself - with Compassion, curiosity and love.
Because when we accept ourselves, we free ourselves from expectations and dependencies.
It's not about how others should treat us,
It's about how we treat ourselves.
Impulses for reflection:
Do you like spending time with yourself?
Are you the person with whom you would like to have a romantic relationship?
Can you forgive yourself - over laugh at you - accept you?
Which critical thoughts still keep you small?
How often are you hard or strict with yourself?
Framework:
👩🦰 Small group of 4 to a maximum of 8 women
🤍 A safe space for encounters, trust and genuine being
Times:
Friday: 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (with approx. 80 minutes lunch break)
Sunday: 10:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (with a short lunch break)
Contribution: €150-250 (according to self-assessment)
