Then gift yourself this intimate healing experience. Prepare to be surprised by your own power and the unmatched vibrations of a women’s circle! My name is Ayesha Noelle, I am an Applied Psychologist and will guide you during this experience.

What can you expect?

The Selfcare Women’s Circle is where women can heal together. It is a nice combination of deep relaxation, journaling, affirmations and sharing your experience with others in a safe space. This edition is all about boundaries.

• How to create non-conflict boundaries?
• How to know when a boundary is crossed?
• How to intuitively feel our boundaries?

We’ll be using physical & emotional embodiment to free your body and mental activation to calm your mind.

Who is this workshop for?

For women who want to join other growth-seeking individuals on a healing journey! This women’s circle is all about connecting with yourself and letting go of any mental baggage.
