❓Would you ever think of dancing in water? It may sound a little bit crazy, doesn't it❓ Biodanza in water - Biodanza Aquatica is still something new in the Czech Republic.
Markéta Hrabalová offered a seminar in Prague in May, which was well received by the participants 🤩...so she is offering another one at the beginning of September.
Whoever knows BIODANZA knows how healing ❤️🩹 it can be and also that it is not a dance as one normally imagines it to be.
💧 When we "dance" biodance in WATER 💦, which is warm and "embraces" the whole person, it's like potentiating biodance. There are experiences that have deep regenerative and revitalizing effects on the cells in the body. Symbolically, we return to the primal feelings of safety and "simple" being. We mainly touch the lines of transcendence and sexuality.
💧 At the same time, biodanza in water is playful, very pleasant and generally uplifting.
💧 Thanks to water, we simply have to slow down, so this seminar is also an invitation to SLOW DOWN and COMMIT.
⏰ On Friday evening 9/4 we will dance "on dry land" (in the ballroom) 19:00 - 21:30, on Saturday 9/5/2026 - 10:00 - 18:00 (2 vivencias in water).

🙋🏻♀️ The seminar is led by MARKÉTA HRABALOVÁ, a woman with many years of experience in biodance. She got to know Biodanza in the water last year and experienced firsthand how multidimensional this experience can be. She completed additional training to be able to offer this UNIQUE CONCEPT OF BIODANZA in the Czech Republic too
