About event
Finishing mode is a bit of a self-defense freestyle. Your goal is to finish off the aggressor so that he can no longer threaten you and your loved ones. But no one will give you the exact procedure from A to Z - you have to learn to adapt to the situation, the aggressor or the environment. What are the appropriate combinations? When to give what blows? When to choose kicks? When is it worth switching to control techniques such as levers, restraints or strangulation? Do takedowns belong in self-defense? We will answer these and other questions on Sunday, November 10 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
What can the seminar give you?
✅ You will learn basic and advanced combinations of punches and kicks suitable for finishing mode in self-defense.
✅ You will begin to use control techniques such as levers or strangulation appropriately in your finishing modes.
✅ With us, you will look under the hood of control coercion mechanisms in stance and on the ground.
You will learn the appropriate use of soft and hard techniques and solutions to self-defense situations.
✅ You will learn what takedowns are suitable for self-defense and how to work with the aggressor after applying them.
✅ You will expand your repertoire of fighting skills not only for self-defense, but also sparring with your partners!
The Effective finishing mode seminar is carefully designed to introduce you to the basic and advanced elements of finishing techniques for self-defense so that you expand your horizons and be able to work independently with these new skills in the future. The seminar will take place from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Sunday, November 10th!
