Seminář Effective finishing mode

Finishing Mode is a bit of a self -defense freestyle. Your goal is to complete the aggressor so that it can no longer endanger you and your loved ones. But no one will give you an accurate procedure from A to Z - you have to learn to adapt the situation, aggressor or environment. What are the appropriate combinations? When to give what strokes? When to choose kicks? When is it worthwhile to switch to control techniques such as levers, coercive means or strangulation? Does TakeDowny belong to self -defense? We will answer these and other questions on Sunday, March 16 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.

What can the seminar give you? You will look with us under the lid of control mechanisms in attitude and on the ground. Sparring with his partners! The seminar will take place at 10:00 to 13:00 on Sunday 16th March!
