About event
Do you sometimes feel a little insecure during training on your own feet? Do you lack flow for your work in stand-up so that you don't have to think on your feet? Or do you just know that your boxing or kickboxing has gaps in your footwork? This seminar is exactly for you! We will work with strict stance movement, boxing gait, correct weight distribution and lots of boxing combinations.
What can the seminar give you?
✅ You will learn basic and advanced ways of stance movement
✅ You will learn the differences between strict walking, boxing walking, pivoting, skips and jumps and most importantly - you will learn to use them!
✅ You will try out all the tools during tons of boxing combinations - you will expand your repertoire of fighting skills not only for self-defense, but also for sparring with your partners!
✅ You will learn new movement patterns, gain confidence in your movements and freedom for your sparring
The Stand Up Footwork Seminar is carefully designed to introduce you to the basic and advanced elements of stand-up footwork to broaden your horizons and you were able to work on your own with these new skills in the future. The seminar will take place from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Sunday, December 1st!
