We invite you to a three-hour workshop "How to handle conflicts between siblings," which will help you deepen your respectful approach and communication skills in emotionally demanding situations of sibling disputes and arguments.
What will you learn?
Skills that we practice at the workshop, they enable them to adopt an impartial attitude towards disputes and gradually lead children to be considerate and independent when solving them.
We train the ability to be aware our habitual reactions when children are in conflict (trying to investigate, decide who is in the right, offer solutions...). children as beings who try to fulfill their legitimate needs.
We learn to work better with our own emotions.
We train the skill of active listening to both parties to the dispute.
We will try ways to guide children to be aware of their feelings and thoughts and to be able to express them in a respectful way.
What will happen at the workshop Learning how to handle sibling conflict will allow you to:
1. Free yourself from the urge to judge and resolve children's conflicts
manage children's daily conflicts with greater insight and calmness.
2. Gain a sense of security that you are supporting children in working with emotions and
developing respectful communication skills.
3. Develop healthy relationships with children based on openness and trust.
4. Enjoy children's creativity in finding solutions to disputes.
5. Enjoy the feeling of belonging in a family, group or community.
