About event
This time we will focus on striking techniques from grappling positions, both from the top and from the bottom. We will learn proper grips that minimize the opponent's defenses and then focus on effective counterattacks.
Ground and Pound (GNP) is a fighting style or strategy in MMA where the fighter tries to defeat the opponent either by immediate knockout or from the clinch using reversals or throws. Once both fighters are on the ground, the goal is to gain a dominant position. This position allows the fighter to effectively attack the opponent with punches until the referee ends the match (TKO). The dominant position is achieved either immediately after defeating the opponent, or thanks to subsequent work in grappling and the use of strikes or grabs on the ground.

Timetable of the event:
• 1 hour: Techniques from upper positions
• 30 minutes: Techniques from lower position
• 1 hour: GNP techniques
• 30–45 minutes: Sparring
