I would like to invite you to a facial yoga seminar to a pleasant studio Mood Yoga Karlín in Prague 8. A few simple exercises can do miracles a day. You can then practice the exercises at home yourself. to soften wrinkles on the forehead and strengthen the eye area
• lymphomassage to relax muscles after exercise
• Massage with a flask to stimulate collagen
