In just a few weeks, the new Act on Construction will bring fundamental widespread responsibility for the designer. Seminar led by JUDr. Tatiana Prokopová is specially prepared for architects and designers to learn what new responsibilities and responsibilities await them.
The new law for construction fundamentally regulates the duties of the designer and his responsibility for the final form of the work. An architect, or a designer who decides to carry out the project documentation (construction plan, construction project and implementing project) will be obliged to ensure whether the construction is carried out in accordance with the verified documentation. Designer's obligation to demand from the builder and from the construction manager immediately removing the identified deviations from the proven project project in the context of the impossibility of additional permission of the construction, or part of it puts the designer in a legally demanding situation.
