It is not for nothing that pregnancy is called "another condition". Indeed SOMETHING IS DIFFERENT, something has changed. The goal of our meeting will be to tune in to this fact and accept it with love for yourself and the expected baby. The morning meeting on Sunday, December 1, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the ARHA studio - Čkalova 26, Prague 6, is intended not only for women attending my lessons. I will not overwhelm you with information at the meeting, rather we will go into an inner experience. I will tune you in with gentle yoga, visualizations, relaxation and breathing techniques. I will then only verbally describe these techniques to support you on the best possible journey towards motherhood and caring for your children.
