About event
In this seminar you will learn about the reality of violence. Real attacks are fast, brutal, and in addition to the aggressor, one has to deal with the body's reaction to fear, adrenaline, pain and other emotions.
At the seminar, we show and analyze camera recordings of real incidents. We will explain how the body works after entering the "fight or flight" mode. We will teach you how to prepare for it.
We will explain why fine motor skills stop working under combat stress, and which techniques will work.
We will focus on the pre-conflict phase and how to recognize an imminent attack using body language and facial expressions.
Drills are part of the seminar, where you will learn how to react to aggressive behavior and not get caught off guard.
Part of the seminar is also devoted to drills for the fastest possible transition from calm to controlled aggressiveness and back after the resolution of the conflict.
