What is reiki? body healing processes. It harmonizes the energy centers -the "vital energy", increases immunity, helps with pain not only physical but also mental, relieves stress, promotes personal development and growth. The effect of this energy can help not only people but also animals, plants. Once this method was secret and could only work with it "chosen".
