About event
The primary goal of the seminar "Self-defense for women" is the transfer of skills and knowledge that are functional not only in conflict situations of real life.
We emphasize a realistic concept of the teaching method itself, i.e. both theory and practical skills are immediately verified in model situations that simulate reality as much as possible.
The basic blocks of the seminar are prevention, psychological-verbal defense and physical conflict resolution.
Last but not least, we also discuss the post-conflict phase. That is, what to do immediately after an attack, which crisis helpline to contact or where to seek further professional help.
