Seminář Teoretické a metodické aspekty památkové péče 2

We invite you to continue the educational module of theoretical and methodological aspects of monument care, which will follow the first realized seminar. We offer an extension of the topic to a historical view of the development of monument care, watched by parallel in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We will present other experts from the Czech Republic and Slovakia, who further develop the theme of theoretical starting points and value criteria in monument care. Member of the Slovak Chamber of Architects Pavel Gregor and historian of contemporary history Michal Course. (2023 - 2026, Erasmus+), which is focused on vocational education in the field of monument care and building restoration of monuments. The project is piloted by selected educational modules. These modules were designed as part of the Heritage Trani I. (2019 - 2022, Erasmus+) project and are the result of international cooperation and analysis of the educational needs of the project groups of the project.

The seminar will focus on:

Introduction to the history of conservation in Bohemia in the period after 1945 and Slovakia in the period from the 2nd half of the 19th century (historical development of man's relationship For monuments and institutionalized protection of monuments)
cultural-historical value of monuments (interpretation and presentation of architectural heritage) Education, Liliová 2019/5, Prague 1 - Staré Město
