The seminar
The experiential group process originally developed by Scott Peck. The group goes through different stages of development, not addressing the selected topic or task. Participants learn to follow the “guides” of communication, and if they can, the group will experience a strong sense of superstition, acceptance and safety. We can perceive the creation of the community as a laboratory of communication, discovering and practicing our real "self". It is also a strong tool for learning and personal development of people, even those who have not known each other and do not have the intention of creating a common community for the future. Participants often evaluate a seminar as an event that transformed their lives. And we only perceive it as a utopian. You will take?
In addition to the deep connection experience with other people:
- you will improve communication skills and develop emotional intelligence. Parsion, emotions and needs, and you will learn to follow and testify. Differences in relationships with others. Mutual joy.
