Seminář Vedení reflexí

We pay special attention to reflections, as they are an essential part of the learning process. As part of the reflection, we offer participants time to think about what the program has brought about in relation to the program's goals or for their personal progress. It helps them better understand what happened and derive knowledge from it.

During the seminar you will learn about the meaning of reflection in different approaches (E-U-R, experiential pedagogy) and the structure of reflection (its individual phases). We will also focus on the distinction between reflection and feedback.
We will especially focus on the role of the lecturer who leads the reflection. We will show how to support the processes in the group so that it has the opportunity for joint search and questioning and that it effectively moves towards the defined goal, formulates outputs, personal lessons or other steps for the future.
A part of the space is reserved for practical training of the skills needed for conducting reflection.
