Seminář Vedení reflexí (v Brně)

We pay special attention to reflection because they form a fundamental part of the teaching process. As part of the reflection, we offer participants and time to think about what the program brought in relation to the objectives of the program or for their personal shift. It helps them to realize what has happened and deduce from it. We will also focus on distinguishing reflections and feedback. We will focus mainly on the role of a lecturer who leads the reflection. We will show you how to support the processes in the group so that they have the opportunity for joint search and questioning and to effectively point to the defined goal, formulate outputs, personal lessons or other steps for the future.
part of the space is reserved for practical training skills needed to guide reflection.
