The workshop invites you to a journey of discovery between senses and sensations, plays with perception, space and its own limits.

The workshop invites you to a journey of discovery between senses and sensations, plays with perception, space and its own limits. In the middle of movement and dance, the diverse expression potential of the body unfolds, shaped by individual experiences and life paths. The focus is on discovering this wealth in a playful and creative way, exploring your own movement patterns and putting the joy of sensations in the foreground.

This is about conscious perceiving your own body, the inner and outer space and the dynamics of the group. Beginners and advanced people find a place equally to share dance sensations and to experience movement again. With breath, weight and muscle tone, body and dance movements are developed, the imagination stimulated and space for improvisation and exchange are created. This creates a lively coexistence that makes the abundance of life noticeably and strengthens the presence at the moment.
