* A lesson you wish you’d learned earlier
* A hot take you think no one else agrees with
* Or simply a truth you think more people in the industry need to hear

**House rules for the open mic:**

* **Not a presentation.**
No slides, no Q&A. Just stories, lessons, and experiences.

* **Totally optional.**
The mic is open but not mandatory.
Come to speak, or just come to listen and vibe.
* **No sales pitches.**
If Baba hears one, he *will* pull the mic. This is a pitch-free zone.
* **Keep it short and sweet.**
Aim for **30 seconds to 4 minutes** — about the length of your favorite song.
Quick insights > long rambles.
* **Vulnerability encouraged. Judgment not allowed.**
