*"Being an adult and not having friends: Social failure or new normal?"* is not just a title, it is an uncomfortable mirror in which many see themselves reflected.

In this meeting we are going to talk about those truths that we rarely say out loud:

* That feeling of looking around and noticing that you no longer have a “group” to share your life with.
* The weight of comparisons with others who seem to have perfect social circles.
* The void of superficial conversations that do not fill, even if you are “surrounded by people.”
* The silent guilt of wondering if you are the problem.

This event seeks to open up questions that perhaps you have never dared to ask yourself... and show you different paths that can transform your way of understanding relationships, loneliness and, above all, the way you look at yourself.
