We would like to invite you to a hybrid meeting of the members meeting, which the Committee convenes according to Article VI paragraph 3 of the Articles of Association. If you are interested in completing the program for other relevant points, please let us know. The membership meeting will be a quorum if an absolute majority of all members are present. If an absolute majority of members do not meet at the membership meeting, there will be an open committee meeting.
