I invite you to a beautiful early evening together with the Indian master Ritodgata Mahasthita.
Ritodgata will share a few words with you and guide you through meditation.
His meditations are often with breathing techniques and mantra.
The entire session will be interspersed with chanting of mantras with mantra chanters.
ABOUT RITODGATA
Ritodgata is an Indian master who has an Ashram in southern Kerala. He has been going to Europe regularly since 2012, if possible every year for a few months. He is a very kind and humble person. I wholeheartedly recommend meeting him, because the meditations we meditate in his presence are much deeper and can bring new experiences. You can get carried away by the mantras or join in and open your voice.

Please bring a meditation cushion and water bottle as needed.
