Books, waffles, games at the end of summer
On the last Saturday in August, we will say goodbye to the Northland with summer. In the pleasant environment of the Bubeneč community garden, we will celebrate this year's 100th anniversary of the planer on the cheese, the invention, which in 1925 was patented by the carpenter Thor Bjørklund. You will taste genuine Norwegian waffles, cutting yourself with an unmistakable brown cheese called brightness and hear thematic snippets from Nordic books, including a waffle heart. You will also be able to play the Finnish skittles of Mölkky and participate in the competition quiz, the winner of which will win the original Norwegian planer on the cheese. Take a blanket, a good mood, a snack and a family or a bunch of friends. We will take care of the waffles, there will also be drinking water. The journey from Hradčanská will take about 20 minutes on foot, by bus No. 131 for about 5 minutes. The garden is equipped with a composting toilet. m. Prague. The partner of the event is the Prague 6 City District, the Embassy of Norway, the Embassy of Sweden and the Embassy of Canada in the Czech Republic.
