About event
Iranian composer, fusionist, guitarist and singer. Known as a pioneer of an exciting exploration smelting musical traditions of the two powerful musical countries of Iran and Spain by combining them into his own expression of Persian and Flamenco fusion. This alloy, unique to him, he places within the wider category he has labeled Ethnoflamenco.
Guitarist and singer Shahab Tolouie creates a distinctive multicultural style that is an original contribution to the world music genre. He sometimes calls it Persian flamenco fusion. In the compositions, the clear, fiery expression of flamenco is intermingled with intonation richness and rich musical elements of traditional Persian music. Mysterious mysticism, deep philosophy, light playfulness and fiery passion are mixed here.
Shahab Tolouie – guitars, vocal
Gavrilo Alexič – bass
Petr Hádr – drums
