Exploring of Žilina’s catacombs!
Did you know that Žilina has its own catacombs? These spaces were once a final resting place, later used to store food and saved many a Jewish child during World War II.
Sign up for the 13th of June at 5 p.m. and explore the underground Gothic cellars under the Church of the Conversion of St. Paul the Apostle.
Entrance fee: €3 (adult) / €2 (student, disabled, senior) / €1.50 (child).
Entrance fee is paid directly to the guide before the tour only cash.
Meeting point is approx. 5 min. before the start of the tour in front of the Church of the Conversion of St. Paul (Orphanage Church) on Mariánské námestie.
The sightseeing tour will be in English language. Please make a reservation in Tourist information office Žilina (J. M. Hurban Street No. 1) or write us an e-mail: [email protected].
