Welcome to our Signature 60 min barre3 Class! Strength, cardio, mindfulness — that’s the foundation of the barre3 signature class. But we don’t just deliver a full-body, balanced workout. .. every posture, move, and moment is designed to honor where you are while also pushing you to your edge. Because that’s how you build a sustainable fitness routine: by staying grounded in the present moment while also acknowledging your growth.

Looking forward to moving with you! These classes are free, and invite a friend because movement is meant to be shared.

Please bring a yoga mat to class.
