What will it be about? It will be about MOVEMENT. A movement that gently stretches our bodies.
ABOUT BREATHING. Breathing acts as a bridge between the physical body and the energy that flows through it. You will learn what effect proper breathing has on the body and how it manifests itself. We will try and experience the technique "SMILE OF FIVE COLORS" and strengthen the flow of energy in the internal organs.
We will hear "6 HEALING SOUNDS", combine them with six movements and use an ancient healing technique to stimulate the internal organs.
We will establish an intense connection of the voice with the breath in practice, which will vibrate our bodies and lead us to a beautiful and full experience.
BONUS - a demonstration of moxa (heating energy points, in order to strengthen immunity).< br/>
