Late autumn and winter direct us to deeper dives, where much is hidden and wants to come to the surface through us to be seen and accepted. It is our own inner intimacy from which we cannot escape. It is just as important on our journey as the various techniques and methods bringing positive changes in our lives are important.
Our inner self will tell us what weighs us down and if we are sensitive enough and honest with ourselves, we can grasp it and make a real change.
There are various functional techniques, we draw from the Andean system, where we work in depth with energy centers on the body and various other shamanic ways that have self-healing abilities for us, as well as for our Mother Earth.
