🎧 about music and movement
My DJ set does not belong to clubs. It is a way through music to yourself - deep, emotional and quality compositions that open the body and heart. voice guidance
- pure music current without words, only experience

⸻

🧘 Who will guide you?
My name is Honza Šilar. I enjoy enjoying life and I want to draw you into the world of Ecstatic Dance! I am a profession coach of functional breathing, breathing coach Soma Breath and facilitator of the Holotropic breathing method Grof Breathwork.
Music and movement are my heart passion. Therefore, I connect the world of breath, conscious movement and experiences of ecstasy without drugs, without unnecessary noise, but fully consciously and fully. I use my own Silent Party headphones that I carry after events, cruises, festivals and corporate events.

⸻

🎒 What do you take with you? Ceremonial cocoa (if you have - ideal for breath and dancing to encourage, open the heart and gentle charge of the body) Beauty.
