About event
Šimanský Niesner
guitarists Jakub Šimanský and Tomáš NieSner, originally teammates from the Noiserock band Unna, together debuted the record of the unknown dance, which was released on the label Stoned To Death in 2019. Ambient procedures and led to vinyl behind the Bečvou album.
In their joint work is evident variety and unique approach to tuning and rhythm and almost mantric repetition, but also a sense of engaging melodies, thus following the tradition of American primitivism, Czech folk or Eastern music. In 2020, their composition appeared on the compilation of Imagination Anthem Vol. X American label Tompkins Square. Šimanský and Niesner then released their second long -playing album all good. In September 2023 they released a new album as home. It connects modular synthesizers with off -road recordings into music, which is to open the imaginary spaces of deep forests and remote streets of the city. His approach, as he captures him with the debut of the one where I live, live, live (quarry, 2024), breathes in playfulness and willingness to stop, notice ordinary sounds and appreciate them. The author himself speaks of an ode to change, nostalgia and the quiet fear of oblivion in relation to the transformations known over time. You can also know Novák from the divine Soaré projects, Mysle and The Blackwood incident or as an author of music for installations and performances.

Mirian Kolev-Plant/Human duo Multidisciplinary artist Mirian Kolev performs primarily with the project E.U.E.R.I., where it combines an essential guitar ambient with ghostly off -road recordings from hidden corners of towns and abandoned Balkan villages. In Punct this time, the lap will present the performance of Plant/Human Duo, in which the source of sounds are different plants. The musician fixes the sensor leaves and other devices that convert the biorhythms of the plant's sound and then further adjust it. The aim is not to literal vibration transmission, but the creation of a new hybrid aesthetics based on them and closer understanding and harmony with our environment. href = "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=19FDV4NL6FG&T=18s"> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=19FDV4NL6FG&t=18s
