It regulates the breath, opens the heart, and brings the nervous system into resonance.
Whether through sound or silence, the voice carries emotion, memory, and presence.

In this gathering, we journey together through gentle vocal activation and melodic humming, slowly opening into a shared field of song.
The mantras and melodies are simple — layered with harmonies that invite softness, clarity, and grounding.
They help us reconnect — with our voice, our body, and the quiet pulse of community.

Held in warmth and presence, this evening offers space to soften, to feel, to be.
No experience needed — only curiosity, a willing voice, and an open heart.

🚪 Doors open at 6:30 PM so we can begin together at 7:00.
