For whom the school is beneficial:
School is beneficial for anyone who has fallen in love with yoga and wants to know more. He wants to know more about yoga, but above all about himself. The journey of yoga is the way to the depths of your soul, self -knowledge, self -resolution and exploration. If you have completed 18 years of your life, you have completed secondary education (or just before), you have at least 1 year of active yoga practice (we don't care if you are studying or practicing regularly at home) and want to get to know and learn. If your dream is to lecture, this course meets the conditions necessary to achieve a trade license. If you just want a quick retraining, we apologize, this course is not suitable for you.
