School: The key to the development of potential
We invite the founder of schools, headmistress and headmistress of elementary schools and other key actors in the field of education from Prague and Central Bohemia to the Mini-Conference School: The key to the development of potential will be held on 30.9.2025 in Prague. Children and strengthen the role of school as a key guide on their way to the future.
Come to inspire and share your experience. Participation in mini-conference is free. The number of places is limited, we will confirm your participation by the end of June. Thank you for your understanding.

Why does career consultancy have a place at school? (Eva Kavková)
- we will explore how quality career counseling can support pupils in deciding on their future. You can look forward to research and inspirational examples of practice.
How to develop the potential of all pupils? (Kateřina Sobotková)
- We will show what the supporting environment for career development means. We will also touch the barrier that prevents young people from fully exploiting their potential.
Who decides on the future of pupils? (Lenka Němcová)
- Who should have the main word when choosing another direction? We are discussing the roles of schools, parents, pupils, founders and other stakeholders in the field of education.
How to transfer career development into everyday practice? (Eva Kavková)
- a practical block full of specific steps and recommendations on how to introduce career development into a school environment across roles and levels.
