We invite you to another evening of cooking at Tržnica Hruška in Prešov, where traditional Slovak cuisine meets a modern view of gastronomy.
During the evening, Fero Sedlák will show you how classic Slovak dishes can be prepared in an easier, more modern way while retaining their honesty and character.
Together we will prepare:
🥘 baked meatball with a delicate potato-dill stew
🥟 pies filled with cottage cheese with blueberries and butter
We will show you the techniques, seasoning and serving used by professional chefs, but also procedures that you can easily transfer to your own kitchen.
