The Bilateral Integration School Program is a course specially designed for kindergarten, primary and secondary school teachers to effectively support children's motor skills and learning at school.
A one-day practical course for nursery, primary and secondary school teachers, or for other social workers who work with seniors. You will learn how to improve children's coordination, balance, concentration, executive functions and ability to learn with the help of an exercise program. You will receive specific exercises that you can immediately use in your practice. The course is led by a certified lecturer Mgr. Katarína Sipos.
ADHD, dyslexia, motor difficulties or if you want to support the concentration and learning of the whole class with a simple movement program.

The course combines theory with practice. You will learn the theoretical basics of the connection between movement and learning, you will practically try out the test battery for determining the motor skills of children and you will learn a complete set of movement exercises, including touch exercises, exercises for balance, coordination and touch sequences.
You will practically practice each exercise under the guidance of a lecturer. You will receive all the necessary materials, including consent forms for parents, and learn how to implement the program into the daily routine of your classroom. You can find the detailed course program here:
