💞Now is the right time for deep conversations about menstruation as part of a woman's life.
💞Prepare for the arrival of menstruation as a joyful event in her life.
Do you remember what feelings you had with the arrival of your first period?
Would you like your daughter to have it the same or differently?
💞I invite you to a workshop for mothers and daughters, where we will create a safe and supportive environment in which we can talk openly about menstruation, puberty and the changes they bring.
We will cover topics such as:
Physiology of the female body and cycle, what to expect during the first period.
🩸Female cyclicity as a tool for self-knowledge and self-acceptance.
🩸Working with emotions and relationship support during puberty.
🩸How to celebrate the first period?
🎁We will show, explain and feel various menstrual aids and together we will prepare a box for the first period.
