A great opportunity for future parents to fully understand the physical and mental process on the path of transformation into parents, understand them and get a clear overview. ❤️
The aim of the course is to provide accurate, complex and holistic information through evidence -based medicine and other perspectives that make each participant an ideal and real picture of her planned birth. And even the multipires. 😉
The course is interactive, everyone can ask their questions and share their concerns and experience.
You can enter the birth room with certainty and full power to get to know the individual phases of childbirth, natural accompanying phenomena and obtaining practical information when your baby's birth comes. The course is also suitable for those planning homework or childbirth abroad. 🤗 I have been accompanying women and their families for several years in pregnancy and at birth in the most sensitive period of their lives.
I have experience with local and surrounding obstetric systems and enough information to make your choice of the ideal maternity hospital according to your individual criteria.
I also work as a certified lactation counselor and counselor in carrying children in the first years of the child's life.

Group course preparation course: - runs live in a safe, receiving and understanding environment where you can ask questions. We will focus on the topics with diverse and engaging forms, adding their presentation and illustrative practical tips and demonstrations. After the course you get all the materials by email.

Physiology of childbirth, biological processes in the body of a woman's birth
Physical and mental stages of childbirth
The last weeks of pregnancy: How to help the body prepare for helping birth, how to know that I start giving birth, when to go to the hospital?
What do you take with you to the birth room?
interventions during childbirth, alternatively non -non -medical and medicamentous possibilities of pain damping, WHO recommendations and reality of obstetricians, statistics, rights of a woman's birth.
How to find the ideal maternity hospital for yourself? Auxiliary professions in the birth period. Specifics of local birth care. The concept of informed consent, the patient's right.
How can my dad support mom during childbirth and in the puerperium?

2. Meeting:
The nature of birth pain, concerns associated with childbirth, the power of mind
Natural methods of pain damping, birth position and birth positions, sound formation, relaxation techniques, massage, emotional support during childbirth
Bonding. Advantages of early skin skin on the skin and zero separation of the baby, delayed cord lusk and Rooming-in system.
Stay in the hospital after birth

During the course we will take a shorter break according to your needs, including one longer, and the schedule of program points will be flexible.
The price of the group preparation course is 129 €/pregnant woman + partner Gratis, whose presence is included in the price as a bonus.
