Group Course Nordic Walking Autumn25
Event by: Prevence výživou a pohybem - Nutriční poradna & Nordic Walking
Location: Lesná, Brno-sever
About event
I invite you to regular Nordic Walking Group Lessons! The Nordic walk course is designed for both beginning walkers and advanced, who are already with sticks, but want to revive the technique. We will have pleasant circuits in slightly corrugated terrain.
What offers the course: Outside in nature
✅ lending quality sticks of the Finnish brand included in the price (necessary to order during booking) - it is not necessary to buy the sticks before the lesson before/after the lesson - to change into sports after work, jump to the toilet or lock your belongings during the lesson (not always, sometimes. agreement)
The group is open to the second lesson (ie you can contact, sign up), then we close it for group dynamics and content composition - this works well. In addition, you will be in the company of motivated and great people.
Price for 10 lessons 2200,- CZK. Rent
Sign up and go with us!
