About event
Anyone who appeals to this is welcome. 🌸💫
The theme and the intention will be to awaken and harmonize the heart chakra, strengthening love for yourself and others. We will create a space where we feel inner peace, gratitude and connection - whether with ourselves, partner or community through open heart. that will bring you to the state of absolute relaxation with their harmonizing sound.
Immaging into tones and vibrations will bring feelings of relaxation and lightness. The resonant bath helps to harmonize and transform our being at every level.
Talk to yourself, nourish your mind, body and soul.
There's nothing to bring. In the studio there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. > https://soundra-therapy.reservio.com/events/eea1bfe2-7b3a-44eb-ac15-bafe80278381
