People, words and gestures. A rhyme here and there. Poetics everywhere. Again after some time in Klub Kus!
Slam Poetry is a genre of performative poetry with artistry without props and costumes, only own texts. Or improvisation. It is everything that is not something else. There can only be one winner. And a jury made up of you, the audience, will decide on it.
Performance:
Mango (hosted) - Exact sports soul with a poetic touch.
Lef L'Leviatan - Law student originally from Pilsen. A magician of finding (and crossing) the line between awkwardness and humor. Finalist of the Czech Slam Poetry Championship.
Sofie - Finalist of the Czech Championship, law student from Hrádek nad Nisou, author of texts about disappointment in men and ugly dogs.
Tič - Even though slammer, so finalist of the MČR in slam poetry 2024. She will arrive a few days after the champion.
Richard - wait - Sagittarius - Originally from Ostrava, currently in Pražák. His biggest slam achievement is that he got approached by a lady who is now his girlfriend. (Haha!) His guilty pleasure is spaghetti with ketchup and canned tuna.
