The eleventh year of the HUMAN FORUM event will take place in an atmosphere where the current representatives of political and state power are trying to question the meaning of free civil society, attacking without precedent on non-governmental organizations, they discredit them in the eyes of the public, without the standard procedure that belongs to the justice authorities in case of suspicion.
