About event
✨ The opening ceremony of the eleventh edition of Scandi will be… immense! We will meet, as usual, at the Lucerna Cinema. Our opening film this year will be the Scandinavian thriller Nesmírny, and what's more, this year's special guest will also arrive.
🎤 You can look forward to the personal participation of the Danish actor Ulrich Thomsen, here portraying the seasoned detective Mørck. You may know Ulrich Thomsen from the films of Thomas Vinterberg (Family Celebration), A.T. Jensen (Adam's Apples) or Susanne Bier (Brothers). So stay for the discussion after the screening.
🤵🏻Before the film itself, of course, the opening words of the directors of the show, Ivan and Dominik Hroncov, cannot be missed. We look forward to seeing you!
✨ Join us for the opening ceremony of the 11th edition of Scandi! As usual, the evening will take place in Kino Lucerna. This year, as our opening film, we will screen the crime thriller Boundless, and what's more, we will be joined by this year's special guest.
🎤 Danish actor Ulrich Thomsen, here portraying the seasoned detective Mørck , will come to the screening in person. You may know Ulrich Thomsen from the films of Thomas Vinterberg (The Celebration), A. T. Jensen (Adam's Apples) or Susanne Bier (Brothers). Be sure to stay for the discussion after the screening.
🤵🏻 And don’t miss the introduction before the screening from our festival directors of the festival, Ivan and Dominik Hronec. See you there!
