Slovak Roasting Masters Košice 2026

Location: Kunsthalle Košice, Rumanova 1, Staré Mesto
About event
We are looking for the best roaster in Slovakia - a person with a feeling for the grain and a desire to push the boundaries of the craft.
Roasting takes place at the roasters' home or in the roastery. The most important thing will then take place in Košice: competitive evaluation in the form of cupping.

This year we are taking the evaluation to a higher level: the jury will be made up of professional judges.
We are bringing even greater objectivity and a professional perspective, while we want to maintain the community dimension beyond the evaluation itself.
