I invite you all to a traditional afternoon dance in Vyšehrad.
You can look forward to 3 blocks of Dances of Universal Peace, polyphonic singing under the experienced leadership of Zdeňko Houra from the Schola Cantorum Pilsensis choir and a picnic on the meadow from the goodies brought together.
You will be led through the dances by experienced dance teachers and those who are just learning to perform group dances. We will sing and dance mantras from around the world and different cultural traditions in many languages. We will be accompanied by live music - guitars, djembe, cello.
Suitable for anyone who is curious and knows the dances. There is no need to know anything in advance, we learn melodies, words and steps together on the spot.
Entry voluntary and selected funds will go to support our beloved Nesměň Center, which has changed the lives of many of us. Sometimes even more than once :)
CAUTION! I draw your attention to the change of venue. This year we are dancing on the meadow near the bastion of St. Anežka (near Leopold's Gate).
Come celebrate the summer solstice with singing, dancing and togetherness.
