THEORETICAL PART
• examination – what needs to be noticed, what is important to forget
• bacterial pigmentation – how to get rid of them
• white spots on enamel - bacterial x non-bacterial
• when to use fluorides and when they are pointless, fluoride alternatives
• tooth enamel erosion – principles of internal x external erosions, how to prevent erosion
• non-microbial enamel damage
• periodontitis – appropriate procedures and products for a patient with periodontitis
PRACTICAL PART
Working with curettes
• instruments for removing supra and subgingival deposits
• correct holding of instruments, fulcrum, instrument movement, examination movement, removal movement
• dividing the tooth into surfaces
• determining the position of the operator and the patient for individual sections of the dentition
• training on phantoms
