About event
We invite you to a workshop from the Saturdays with Synergia series.
The workshop "How to sail in the storms of conflict?" will be led by Paulína Severíniová and Dana Sidorová.
We invite you to a workshop about conflicts, where we will look together at the beliefs and
attitudes that affect our relationship to conflicts and prevent us from seeing their meaningfulness and usefulness. We will talk about what phases conflict has and what options we have for conflict resolution.
Conflict signals that something important is emerging that brings new information that is essential to our ability to understand diversity and complexity and that they are necessary for our growth as individuals, groups, and organizations.
What does it mean to facilitate conflict rather than resolve it?
Can internal and external conflicts be recognized to create stronger relationships, a more resilient community and a deeper meaning of life together?
What process is hidden behind the conflicts that disrupt our inner life, relationships and communities?
We will also find answers to this together at our workshop.
