About event
Ancient Egypt is not only impressive pyramids, fascinating mummies, beautifully decorated tombs, hieroglyphs and various admirable artifacts.
Lecture Mgr. et Mgr. Veronika Dulíková, PhD. 🎓 will show you that there is much more behind these iconic symbols.
Who were the people who created these magnificent structures?
And what can contemporary methods reveal about the society of the time of the builders of the pyramids?
The lecture will show how the society of the powerful ancient empire was organized, and will confirm that great discoveries are not born only from sand, but also from diligent scientific research 📚✨
The event is organized by the Gedíd Aigyptos Foundation and the Institute of Oriental Studies of the SAS.
