Sol Simpatico is a collaboration of five Portland music veterans. Formed in 2017, their style ranges from groovy-soul and Latin-inspired rhythms to blues-rock. Seasoned lead vocalist - Starr - sings original lyrics about self-empowerment and overcoming life’s struggles. The band is rounded-out by guitarist and producer/engineer Patrick Brewer, bassist Ion Jones, multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Mateo Bevington, and internationally-renowned percussionist Joe Trump. Come enjoy their soulful sound, impactful lyrics, and danceable grooves.
